The short answer

Settings > Brand Brain > Upload Training Material. Drop 12 to 30 of your best prior videos. ENCORE processes them in 4 to 6 hours and you start rendering with full Brand Brain signal.

Step by step

  1. Pick your 12 to 30 strongest prior videos. Mix of content types is best (talking head, b-roll heavy, tutorial, story).
  2. Settings > Brand Brain > Upload Training Material.
  3. Drag the files or paste links from your connected sources.
  4. Optional: tag each video with content type and channel where it performed best.
  5. Submit. The training queue shows ETA (typically 4 to 6 hours).
  6. When complete, the Brand Brain dashboard shows initial signal depth per signal (voice, color, hooks, pacing, caption style, audience).

ENCORE extracts six signals: voice patterns, color preferences, hook formulas, pacing rhythm, caption style, audience signals. Each starts around 30 to 60% depth and tightens with every new render you ship and approve.

What can go wrong

  • Training stuck for more than 8 hours: check status.encore.app. If green, file a ticket. We can re-queue.
  • Signal depth low (under 30%) on multiple dimensions: likely too few training videos or too narrow a content type. Add 5 to 10 more videos of varied formats.
