The short answer

Sign up, drop a brand kit, connect a content source, type a prompt, hit Ship Now. Your first render is live in under five minutes.

Step by step

  1. Go to encore.app and create an account with email + phone for 2FA.
  2. Pick "Creator" or "Agency" on the identity screen.
  3. Upload your brand kit: logo, two brand colors, primary font. Skip if you want to use the defaults for now.
  4. Connect at least one content source (Camera Roll, iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox). OAuth flow opens in a new tab.
  5. On the Home screen, type one prompt like "60-second motivational reel from yesterday's footage" and tap Ship Now.

ENCORE generates a master cut plus channel variants. You approve from the Render Queue. Approved videos are scheduled to your connected channels at AI-picked optimal times.

What can go wrong

  • OAuth failure: retry from Settings > Sources. Some corporate Google accounts block third-party apps; ask your admin to allowlist encore.app.
  • No clips found: make sure your source has at least 5 videos from the past 30 days. If it does and the picker shows empty, hard-refresh inside Library Mode.
  • Render stuck at 0%: check our status page at status.encore.app. If green, file a ticket.
