The short answer
Settings > Twin Mode > Manage. Tap Export to get your data, or Delete to start the 7-day deletion process.
Export
Tap Export. You receive an email with a secure download link valid for 7 days. The export contains:
- Your original enrollment recording
- Render history (which prompts produced which outputs)
- Fidelity score history
- Audit log (every twin render with timestamps + consent chain)
The export does NOT include vendor-proprietary model weights (these are licensed to ENCORE via Hedra and HeyGen and are not transferable).
Delete
Tap Delete. Confirmation modal asks for typed confirmation ("DELETE MY TWIN"). The deletion process:
- Hour 0: Twin is marked for deletion. No new renders allowed.
- Hour 1 to 24: Existing scheduled renders complete or cancel.
- Day 1 to 7: Training data, render history, and vendor-side artifacts are deleted.
- Day 8: Confirmation email sent. Deletion is irreversible.
What if you change your mind
Within the first 24 hours after deletion request, tap Settings > Twin Mode > Cancel Deletion. After hour 24, the deletion is irreversible.
