The short answer
Day 1 fidelity is 91 to 95% (good but not invisible). Week 12 fidelity is 97 to 99% (your friends struggle to spot the twin). The improvement is automatic as you render and approve videos.
What ENCORE tracks
Four fidelity signals, updated weekly:
- Voice match score. Pairwise similarity between twin voice and your authentic voice. ElevenLabs scoring model.
- Visual likeness score. Pairwise similarity between twin face and your authentic face frames.
- Audience detection rate. % of audience members who could correctly identify a twin video vs. an authentic video back to back. Lower is better.
- Failure rate. % of twin renders you reject in the approval queue.
Typical curve
| Week | Voice match | Visual likeness | Audience detect | Failure rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 91.2 | 88.4 | 38% | 11% |
| 4 | 94.6 | 92.1 | 24% | 6% |
| 8 | 96.8 | 94.7 | 14% | 3.5% |
| 12 | 97.4 | 95.8 | 11% | 2.8% |
What drives the gain
- More renders shipped = more frames the system has seen of your micro-expressions
- Approval feedback (which renders you accepted vs rejected) trains failure-mode catalog
- Audience analytics feedback (which twin renders engaged best) reinforces the right patterns
How to read your fidelity chart
Settings > Twin Mode > Fidelity. See the week-over-week chart. If voice or visual scores drop more than 3 points week over week, see Twin fidelity dropped.
