The short answer
The Brand Brain is six learned signals about you, stored in a vector database. Every video you ship makes the six signals tighter. By video 50, the system renders inside your taste by default.
The six signals
- Voice patterns. Your pace, phrasing, sentence rhythm, vocabulary.
- Color preferences. Saturated vs muted, warm vs cool, time-of-day light bias.
- Hook formulas. Your top-performing opening hook structures with performance scores.
- Pacing rhythm. Cut frequency, attention beats, where your audience leans in.
- Caption style. Tone, emoji density, line breaks, hashtag stacks per channel.
- Audience signal. Who watches per channel, what they engage with, what they skip.
How it learns
- Initial seed: 12 to 30 prior videos at training time provide the base signal. Signal depth starts around 30 to 60% per dimension.
- Per-render updates: every video you render and approve writes back to the signal vectors.
- Per-analytics callback: as performance data arrives from each channel (views, retention, CTR), the system reweights the signals based on what worked.
After 8 weeks of typical use, signal depth typically reaches 70 to 90% per dimension.
Why it is a switching cost
The Brand Brain holds 8 to 12 weeks of refinement that no competitor has. If you switch tools, you start at zero. The longer you stay, the more expensive it becomes to leave. This is intentional and aligns our incentives with yours.
