The short answer
Open Settings > Twin Mode > Fidelity. If voice or visual score dropped more than 3 points week over week, the most common cause is a vendor model update. Wait 24 to 48 hours; ENCORE auto-recalibrates. If it persists, re-enroll.
Three causes
-
Vendor model update. Hedra or HeyGen pushed a new model version. ENCORE adapts but the first 24 to 48 hours can show a temporary dip. No action needed.
-
You shipped renders outside your normal context. If your last 10 renders were all in unusual settings (e.g., extreme close-up, low light, rapid motion), the system's fidelity score can dip because the audience signal data is mixed. Solution: ship a few renders in your standard format. Scores recover.
-
Your face or voice changed. New haircut, new glasses, gained or lost noticeable weight, recovering from cold. The twin was trained on your prior look/voice. Solution: re-enroll (free for the first 60 days post-initial).
How to re-enroll
Settings > Twin Mode > Re-enroll. Same 5-minute flow as the initial enrollment. The system blends your old training with the new, preserving render history.
When to file a ticket
If fidelity has dropped more than 5 points week over week and stays low for 7+ days, file a ticket. We can investigate vendor-side issues.
