The short answer

ENCORE auto-generates the right ratio per channel. You do not need to think about this. But if you want to override or understand what gets shipped:

Channel Default ratio Why
YouTube Shorts 9:16 Vertical native
YouTube long-form 16:9 Horizontal native
TikTok 9:16 Vertical native
Instagram Reels 9:16 Vertical native
Instagram Feed 1:1 or 4:5 Square or portrait
Instagram Stories 9:16 Full-screen vertical
LinkedIn 1:1 or 16:9 Square performs best, landscape acceptable
Facebook 1:1 or 16:9 Same as LinkedIn
Pinterest 2:3 or 9:16 Vertical pin native

How ENCORE generates them

ENCORE renders one master cut per prompt, typically 16:9 or the source aspect ratio. Channel variants are reframed in parallel using subject-tracking crops that keep the main action in frame.

Manual override

Per render, you can override aspect ratios in the Render Queue. Useful if you want to publish a 9:16 vertical to YouTube long-form (some creators do).
