The short answer

Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Tap Pause to retain data without paying for 30, 60, or 90 days. Tap Cancel to end the subscription. Your data is retained for 30 days post-cancel, then permanently deleted.

Pause

  • Available for 30, 60, or 90 days.
  • No charges during pause.
  • All your data (Brand Brain, twins, renders, schedules) is retained.
  • Scheduled posts that fall during the pause are cancelled.
  • Resumes automatically at the pause end date (or earlier if you manually resume).

Cancel

  • Subscription ends at the end of the current billing period (no refund for unused time unless requested via support).
  • Data retained for 30 days. You can sign in and download exports.
  • Day 31: hard deletion of Brand Brain, twins, render history, source connections, scheduled posts.

Twin Mode specific deletion

Twin Mode data has its own 7-day soft-delete grace period after cancellation. See Export or delete your twin.

What about exports

You can export your data anytime:

  • Settings > Account > Export My Data
  • Includes: brand kit, Brand Brain signal export, render history, scheduled post log, audit log
  • Excludes: vendor model weights (these stay licensed to ENCORE)
