The short answer

Top metric is impressions across all channels. Below that: line chart trend, then per-channel cards. Most users check this once a week.

The five core metrics

  1. Impressions. Total views across all your published videos in the time window. Headline number.
  2. Retention rate. Average % of each video viewers watched. Above 50% is strong.
  3. CTR (click-through rate). % of viewers who took an action (subscribed, visited link, etc.).
  4. Engagement rate. Likes + comments + shares / impressions. Above 5% is strong on most platforms.
  5. Audience demo. Age, gender, geography per channel.

Per-channel breakdown

Each channel card shows:

  • Impressions delta vs prior period
  • Top-performing video (last 7 days)
  • Best-performing time-of-day
  • Audience signal direction (growing, stable, declining)

The headline metric strip

At the top: a gradient violet-to-coral big number with a +/- delta. That is the metric ENCORE thinks is most important to you this week based on your prior dashboard behavior. Customizable: tap to swap.

Time windows

7d (default), 30d, 90d, 12mo, custom range. Comparisons against the prior equal-length period are shown as deltas.

How to use this dashboard

  • Monday morning: check the 7d view. Note which channel is up/down.
  • Monthly: check the 30d view. Adjust your content strategy based on what worked.
  • Quarterly: check the 90d view. Plan the next quarter's editorial direction.
