The short answer

Per-brand workspace, Settings > Brand > White Label > toggle ON. The output videos no longer carry any ENCORE branding. They appear as if your client made them.

What gets removed

  • ENCORE watermark
  • ENCORE logo from end cards
  • "Made with ENCORE" metadata
  • "Created via ENCORE" in any sharing surface

What stays (mandatory per platform compliance)

  • AI-disclosure watermark on Twin Mode renders (TikTok, Meta, YouTube require this regardless of vendor)
  • Channel-native metadata fields

How to enable

  1. Pick the brand workspace.
  2. Settings > Brand > White Label.
  3. Toggle the master switch.
  4. Optionally: upload a custom watermark to replace ENCORE's (your agency logo or the client's brand mark).
  5. Save.

Agency tier requirement

White label is included with Agency tier ($349+/mo). Not available on Studio or below.
